Being a mom is not an easy thing to do. This is why we always put motherhood up there on a pedestal, to give honor to the hardships and challenges involved throughout the journey of a mother in taking care of her children.

As we were able to read about the stories of Mommy Grace and Mommy Danaly, the winners of the Mother & Child Photo Contest last month, we have come to see two strong women who have shown great love for their kids in their own ways and who continue to struggle and stay afloat with a brave smile despite the difficulties that they encounter. As they say, one kiss or one embrace or even just a little grin from a mother's child is all it takes to cast away all the pain.
