Loving Digiscrapping
It all began with my good friend Jan (who is the owner and photographic artist of www.labskifotografi.com, by the way). She was the one who influenced me to try out digiscrapping. Naturally, my great love for the arts and for various creative endeavors got the best of me! I tried it out and fell in love with it. It also came in handy for my homemade videos, such as the personalized MTV that my husband and I created for our wedding and the birthday and baptismal AVPs that I prepared for my own son and for my niece, cousins, and friends.
Just this month, Mommy Keepsakes came out with its special digiscrap services for themed and personalized guest books, notebooks and storybooks. Here are the sample pages that I made for my baby's baptismal party:

Designing One-of-a-Kind Accessories
Years back when I had just graduated from college, I started a small business with two friends. We designed and created necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and the like. It was fun while it lasted, and we did earn well. However, we were not able to treat it as a real business venture that we wanted to grow and nurture. Eventually, we separated ways and got involved in different fields of work.
Just last year, though, I was able to reignite this passion for fashion! Together with my former co-teacher Karla, we began Glam Project and had a fun time coming up with unique fashion and hair accessories. We were even featured on ABS-CBN's Kabuhayang Swak na Swak! You too can begin a small business like this, depending on the things you are interested in and on what you love to do.
